Mia Rewitz is an artist and photographer whose work featured in Issue #2, Fame. Rewitz's work expansively examines the tangled nature of mortality. Looking through her images, we watch the natural world slide inside the body, see the archival family photograph copied and manipulated, and enter the near and distant worlds of dreams and mirrors. The force of Rewitz's work is a radically playful approach to the visuals of life, making her the appropriate choice to be one of the first artists featured on the site.
